What happens immediately, the 30 days you have to change your mind, what is erased, and the few records we are required to keep.
This is the fastest route. It is available in the iOS and Android apps today; if you play in a browser, use the email route below.
The account stops working the moment you confirm, and you are signed out everywhere.
Write to privacy@blitzbunker.com from the email address on the account and tell us the account name. We verify that the address really belongs to the account before deleting anything — otherwise anyone could delete someone else's account just by knowing their name.
If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your address, write from the relay address Apple created for you. It reaches us the same way.
For 30 days the account is switched off but not yet erased. Signing in again — with the same password, or the same sign-in provider — brings it back exactly as it was, progress and all.
After 30 days it is erased, and that cannot be undone.
Your points go too, and they are not refundable. Points are in-game currency, not money. Deleting the account destroys any balance still held, including points that were paid for, and there is no way to move them to another account or convert them back. If you have a balance you care about, spend it before you delete.
A few records outlive the account, because the law requires it or because deleting them would make the system easy to abuse. None of them is used to identify you afterwards.
The full detail, including how long each of these is kept, is in the privacy policy.
Anything about this — including a request to see or correct your data instead of deleting it — goes to privacy@blitzbunker.com.
